And, I think I’ve thought of some reasons why things went as they did for me. I think the second week my water intake might have been too little. I usually measure it, and I didn’t that week because—-you guessed it—there was some additional stress that week, and some less sleep. Also, I have not been as physically active the past couple of years as I used to be, and need to be moving more. I think maybe all of these things combined could explain it. Good to know the cheese is not a likely culprit. I stuck closely to the right foods, I think. Wonder if the pumpkin seeds with shells could have affected it.
