I do not think I suffer from any real carb intolerance and fueling for races has worked fine for me this way. I’m curious if it is worth going through this difficult process and transitioning to this nutrition if I haven’t really had issues with my current nutrition? I’m guessing the test was responsible but I need to have bloodwork again in three months to check. My question is how should I proceed.
