My maintenance then would be 2,650 – 2,850. So I should eat between 2,120, 2,280 to cut on my workout days. Then on my rest days, should I eat 20% below my RMR which would be 1,480 calories? I am currently at 18% body fat and trying to get to 10-12 % then bulking.

At the same time I stopped taking statins for cholesterol as my lipid test was now excellent. Although I did lose 10lbs to reach a perfect BMI, the combination of the diet plus stopping the medication gave the following jump in my current lipids test (3 months later):

Hi all. I’m starting my 4th day of TWT. On the first day I was also running for about 1 hour with MAF pace. On my 3rd day I did some modarate strenght traininig. It is my usual routine. I feel ok. The only problem is i don’t sleep very well. 2nd and 3rd date I woke up at 3 am and could not fall back to sleep. I never had problems with sleep before. Is it normal?
