154-166 ps my doctor just said “oh” Fitness & Exercise I am on day 3 of the TWT. Before the test I did not eat breakfast. The first day I made myself eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking (I am usually up at 5:30 am). The second day within 20 minutes of waking, I felt as if I hadn’t eaten in days and today I felt even worse. I don’t feel hungry so I feel I am eating enough. Do you have some suggestions on how to get through. I don’t really like eggs.
