July 15, 2015 at 2:15 am It’s very hard to say from just 1 run. You were either stressed or excited about something—your heart rate tells us that much. Since you’re getting a different mixture of fats and carbs during the TWT than during a normal diet, your MAF test scores will not be representative of your usual speed. I’d say to wait until you’ve figured out your carb situation, and then do it. (If it takes you 2 days to figure this out, then you can do a MAF test then).
