2 fewer oatmeal cookies The TWT hasn’t shown many benefits for me, except minor improvements in sleep ( still a long way from sleeping through the night ). Weight is slightly lower. I suspect that continuing the TWT diet might continue to improve sleep ( a long-standing issue), but accept that it would likely mean continued scaling back with training.
