The 2 week test broke through my weight set point which I was stuck at for 2 months on a calorie control approach to weight loss. I had lost 10 lbs in 5 months and then no more. I lost 4 lbs on this 2 week challenge and I am now my lowest weight for a decade, although still 20lbs over the ideal for my height. Also I felt great doing it.
