Am I one of the few who doesn’t do well on a diet like this? I do know I’ll be more mindful of which foods I reintroduce for health’s sake and will be watching sugar (NO cravings and I typically have some candy every Friday!) but perhaps this much fat is really too much fat for my body? I’m trying to listen to my own body to tell, but if you’ve experienced others who have had similar results that would be helpful to know too.
