I have been waking in the morning with tired-feeling lethargic legs, and wonder if lack of fruit may be the cause? ( I’m trying to ensure adequate vitamin C intake with brussels sprouts, broccoli, and red peppers ). That lethargic feeling is persisting most of the day.

I want to go back to his low starch diet now as I felt fantastic on it, but now as a vegan and also doing much more exercise I’ll have to add more fat and protein from avocados, nuts and coconut collaborative natural yoghurt instead of the eggs. Sun Warrior protein powder also has 0g of sugar per scope (4g carbs) and so I will add this in, perhaps with diluted coconut milk…

Also, if it adds any information, the first 10 days were extremely tough with very intense cravings for sugar, then the 11th, I just woke up and they were gone. I almost went off the plan several times because the cravings were so bad they were actually painful. Terrible withdrawals from sugar- and I’m not a big sugar/carb eater to start with. But now, it’s very easy to stay on the plan.
