I have also had some noticeable effects on my blood pressure whilst doing the two-week test. I have been doing very little running but I have been going to strength and conditioning classes, such as kettle bell training, regularly and I found that my existing low-blood pressure is more acute than normal. I think this because I get more dizzy spells whilst exercising. Other than that I feel very well and like a hidden sugar detector in that I can taste the smallest amount of sugar in food. I do wonder though, whether the blood pressure effect I’m experiencing is normal.
