Today’s my last day and I think my metabolism has settled into fat-burning mode. I guess I’ll start with post-test lentils tomorrow, and then some berries when I get to HIT hill repeats later this week. I’m still a little vague on what I’m looking for as I reintroduce carbs. How to navigate the area between no carb TWT and returning to eating everything I used to is vague to me, but I’ll keep reading information on this site, including the post-test page.
