Ryan says: As long as the cream cheese is full fat (read: not light), you should be fine. I’d suggest that you add some heavy greens and TWT-accepted vegetables into your diet, as well as perhaps probiotics to improve digestion. A lot of the lack of energy during the TWT has to do with difficulty in switching from one kind of diet to another (in the switching itself), in other words not just because you’re going low-carb.
