I’ve read several conversations in this thread about whether yogurt is OK. I see you’ve said repeatedly that as long as it’s full-fat, it should be fine. However, here’s where I’m stuck: I picked up some Oikos low-fat Greek yogurt last week at the grocery store. It is NOT full-fat, but the label said only 6g of sugar and 6g of carbs — which is WAY lower than any other yogurts I’ve seen. When I compared the label from this one to ones that are full-fat (and unflavored), their sugar/carb counts were double, triple and sometimes quadruple. So my question is, is this Oikos OK to eat? I get the one without fruit/flavors; those tend to be around 19g.
