I have now finished the two week test (which I extend to 3 weeks) and have now moved from a no carb diet to a low carb diet. No pasta,cereals or rice. Running has definitely improved since my last post My question is am I still training my body to burn fat or is this reintroduction of a small quantity of carbs (probably less than a quarter of what I ate prior to the MAF method) defeating the aim of burning fat?
