I made falafel (pan fried) with tzatziki sauce (thanks to that yogurt you eat every day!), chili, lentil burgers, grilled chicken and veggies, one sheet pan salmon with veggies, my favorite red lentil and butternut squash curry, taco salad (with lentils and beans seasoned for my “meat”), lentil soup, chef salad, and tons of other delicious things that I just modified to fit within the parameters of the diet.

The reason I led with that is because it will almost inevitably open up a greater meal selection than if you stuck to the two-week test for the rest of your days. In terms of how far before your workout to eat, I would suggest that around 3 hours works for most people, for most meals, but it ends up being a matter of trial and error.

and I am a 24 year old female who is on Day 9 of the TWT. I am pretty sure that my fatigue and cravings have improved, but I have loosely kept track of my weight and it seems to have definitely increased by about 3-7 pounds so far. It may be a lack of bowel movements, but I don’t think constipation could contribute to that much weight gain. I don’t have a way to measure body fat at the moment, but my whole body feels and looks slightly larger. I can’t tell if it is muscle, fat, or water.

Just finished the two week test and i’m feeling great. I’ve lost 2.2kg and 2-3% reduction in Body fat. The two main things i had problems with was the lack of fruit and breakfast (as other people have mentioned) but I was never hungry.
