Ivan – Sorry – one more question(s) – What do you think about meal spacing/timing? Just prior to the TWT and during the TWT I have tried to only eat three square meals a day with no snacking in between as I was told I should leave 4-5 hours in between meals to allow for proper gastric emptying and that that may help my stomach issues. Do you think its better to eat three larger meals per day or to have something every few hours? Also I know you have mentioned eating larger breakfast and eating breakfast within 1 hr of getting up. I typically find it hard to do that. I usually get up 5:30-6:30 a.m. and like to work out immediately thereafter and am not hungry at that point…but that puts me eating breakfast later (a couple hours after getting up) …also with the larger breakfast, I find that I would rather eat my smaller breakfast then maybe a second one a couple hours later then lunch a couple or few hours after that.
