Also, I have not been as physically active the past couple of years as I used to be, and need to be moving more. I think maybe all of these things combined could explain it. Good to know the cheese is not a likely culprit. I stuck closely to the right foods, I think. Wonder if the pumpkin seeds with shells could have affected it.
