Hi, am thinking about starting the 2 weeks test. But have a few questions remaining. What about unsweetened soya/ almond milk? Can that be taken? Yes, they did. Stressful training. I was training harder than I ever had before. Not that long each day (60-90 mins, with one longer session on the weekend, and 1 day off), but very intense. In retrospect, I think I was pushing too hard. As far as non-caloric sweeteners go, we strongly discourage their use primarily because the reason we use them is because they are so similar to sugar. In fact, they are so similar that the body reacts to them as it would to sugar: by raising insulin levels in anticipation of sugar. But when that sugar does not arrive, all that insulin just hangs around in the bloodstream, increasing appetite and generally creating all sorts of chaos. No one else can make you lose weight.
