Hi, I did the TWT last year and had amazing results — so much so, that I stayed on it and lost 40 pounds! Life got in the way back in January, though, and I fell back into some bad eating habits. I gained a few pounds back and feel kind of icky overall, so I want to do the TWT again and get back into that eating lifestyle (with some minor modifications after TWT is finished). I see so many different lists categorizing fruits and vegetables on the web. When I think of sweet fruits (apples, bananas, grapes, etc) those seem like common sense to avoid for the Two Week Test. I guess I am trying to figure out the grey area fruits and vegetables: bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, squash (on different websites they appear on both fruit or vegetable side). Is there a hard and fast list to stick to, to help make the most of the two weeks? Thanks for any help!
