As I’m in day 3 of the 2 weeks test, I realize that I’ve been using Vega One shake as my breakfast / post morning workout drink. I can’t figure out if there are any ingredients in this shake that would be from the “no” list. It contains some fruits extract but all in all, all the sugar seems to fiber related.
