Great diet, very easy to follow. It was easy to come up with delicious meals. My husband and I are on day 6 and he has lost 10lbs and i have lost 5lbs!

A quick aside – gluten is a protein so note that gluten-free oats are more carb heavy (percentage wise) than other oats.
First let me say that I am in need to lose about 100 lbs. and I have been taking some supplements and moderate exercising but I am having only the minimum of success. I know the reason why is I still have bad eating habits. I prepare my own meals and I know I should do better. With that said, I received my new cook book, “Lose Weight By Eating” and I am already making plans, not only for my meals, but to entertain and cook for friends. So as a guy, I gotta love Chapter 9, “For the love of BBQ.” The first thing I am going make to from this book is the ‘Blue Cheese Buffalo Burger’ with real buffalo!!

been using heavy cream for my morning coffee – outside of home, my options are usually milk, half and half or skim…if i’m understanding correctly, the fuller fat half & half would probably be the best choice…? same for yogurt – unsweetened/plain…full fat vs. fat free or low fat?
