Successfully going thru second day with lot of veggies. Msg ur progress of my third day ..... Company I did the two week test. I noticed some benefits – more mentally alert and focused, less agitated, etc. However, my physical performance deteriorated to a significant degree. My MAF times increased by over 1:30. Even my resting heart rate is significantly higher.
