Travelers Diarrhea 5 days in. Day 3 was the toughest in terms of cravings, those have pretty much passed. Headaches and definitely sleeping more than normal, but I know that’s my body adjusting to a new fuel source.

I read in another article by Phil (in this website) that Triglyceride is the important measure and that Cholesterol is not that important, but still this is a significant jump for 3 months.
