So far, I have dropped 10 pounds, my blood pressure is near normal (although I would like it to be perfect 120/80) and my sleep is better than before. With regards to running at my MAF, I saw rapid improvements in the first 3 months (15 min miles to 12 min miles for around 3 miles after which I reduce my speed to 12:30 or even 13 min/mile). What could you suggest to see pace improvements again?
