Find Out What Drives You to Eat DAIRY I sustained a pretty painful injury in crossfit several years ago, severe back pain that led to shooting pain down the leg and a constant numbness and tingling, not fun at all and really took me out of the type of exercise I loved doing. Since then, I’ve been doing a lot of research and seeking a cure: yoga, chiropractic, massage, AMIT, etc… All of those things have produced some benefit, but what has become apparent to me is that there is some inherent muscular weakness in those core stabilizing muscles.
I know this will probably sound stupid and may’ve already been asked and answered (in my defense I tried doing searches and there are A Lot of comments to read thru) anyway…

Per 100 grams: Fat:34.5g, protein 23.3g, Carbs < 1g, gluten-free, no artificial colours or flavours ) brands. Does the fact that they are pasteurized make them a 'NO' food for the TWT ? While the sugar stores in muscles will never be the same as if you’re eating a higher-carb diet, there will still be enough to power the body through a generous amount of anaerobic work. The issue with the two-week test is that since the body is not fat adapted, it relies on much of its energy from carbohydrates, all of which it has to get from the diet. In that situation, if you eliminate carbs from the diet, you won’t be in a position to do carb-based activities until you become fat-adapted.
You will gain some weight during your refeed day, but most of it will be water weight and you will lose it again in the next 1–2 days.

I am trying to reduce weight by adopting LCHF lifestyle since a fitness coach here introduced me to it. I get the science. Being vegetarian I used to load up on sugar, bread and rice. Reducing sugar, wheat and rice worked for the first month where my weight reduced from 92 to 88 kg in a month. Bloating reduced. Then weight loss slowed so much that even after 1.5 years I am still at 87kgs. The bloating returned. I was also hoping that my running speed will increase. To stay within MAF limit my run is sometimes slower than a walk (6km/h). After so much effort, I am still waiting for fat burning to start. The running speed hasn’t picked up. I thought that this could be due to some bouts of carb eating .
Something like 70-80% fats, 15-20% proteins, and 5-10% carbs. Ditto with any other questionable food. Wolfing down your food too fast generally causes overeating and is not good for obesity or asthma. We all have to slow ourselves down quite a bit when eating. Our brains are often slow to get the message that our stomach is full. When we eat quickly, we literally overstuff ourselves. Like the old Alka-Seltzer television ad, we “can’t believe we ate the whole thing.” You feel that way when you eat too fast. The solution? Teach yourself to eat slowly, and you will feel full after eating less food.
TBH Pick up any diet book and it will claim to hold all the answers to successfully losing all the weight you want—and keeping it off. Some claim the key is to eat less and exercise more, others that low fat is the only way to go, while others prescribe cutting out carbs. So, what should you believe?

Pickles make tuna a million times better, and I like that it says “a couple of handfuls of nuts.” Sometimes when I’m trying to be healthy, I end up eating a million almonds because I can’t think of anything else. They still have a lot of calories and fat (though it’s good, things still need to be in moderation). I tried to eat no more than two servings (2 ounces total) a day of nuts. A few days I ate a little more than that, but I didn’t have my hand in the jar all day, which I feel like I do sometimes.
