The goal of the TWT is to minimize the intake of foods that have a strong impact on blood sugar. For that reason, all breads and cereals, and fruits (for starters) are out. There are mayo varieties out there that have only three ingredients, but I’m not in the habit of buying mayo, so I don’t really know.
