½ cup cooked rice Hi, Ivan. Just finished the TWT. After the first week I’d lost 2 lb, lost .6 body fat & gained .18 skeletal muscle. However, at the end of two weeks the numbers are reversed. Total weight gain is 2.48 lb, body fat is up 1.22% and skeletal muscle is .6 less than before I started. I adhered strictly, as far as I know. I don’t eat much meat, so ate a good bit of cheese. Bowels have been normal, so don’t think am just holding on there. Don’t know what to make of this. Not carbohydrate intolerant? Not great the scale went up instead of down. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
