I’m currently in the middle of my two week test. I’m on day 11, wrapping up on Saturday. While I haven’t experienced any significant improvements, I have certainly noticed improvements. What is puzzling me is the utter lack of short-term negative effects that others have mentioned. I had a headache one day, which I believe was caused by sinus congestion, not what I was eating.
