Hi, I did the TWT last year and had amazing results — so much so, that I stayed on it and lost 40 pounds! Life got in the way back in January, though, and I fell back into some bad eating habits. I gained a few pounds back and feel kind of icky overall, so I want to do the TWT again and get back into that eating lifestyle (with some minor modifications after TWT is finished).
