I’m on the 2nd week of the MAF test and it’s going really well. I usually get headaches if I eat late or sleep less, but haven’t had any since I started the test. I also feel lighter and more stable.

See #2 in this one. 0 of 8192 characters used What the TWT does is to allow your body to “reset” its metabolism, so that you can start eating mostly or only foods that agree with you. As part of this “reset,” your body becomes hypersensitive to foods that it doesn’t feel are good for you. So, something that you’ve added after the TWT has created this constipation. I’d say go back to the TWT (or something similar) for a few days and try adding different foods in isolation. That might clue you into what is happening.
