I am currently on day 11 of the MAF test, all is going well with many things including, brain clarity (I actually feel wired most of the time and my concentration is awesome), my sleep is amazing, I have loads of energy with no spikes or dips and I am never hungry. However, any exercise I do is done at, at least half pace, because my muscles feel exhausted and my HR goes really high. This makes me feel like my body is stressed. Is this right to feel like this? I’m eating plenty with a maximum of 10% but most days sitting at 5% carbs a day coming from mostly leafy greens and salads.

But combined with a high-glycemic food, you would have seen was a substantial portion of the high glycemic food (not the cheese) quickly converted into body fat, and the fats in the cheese used for your fuel.

I’m on day 13 of the TWT. I was utterly carb & sugar dependent before the test & although I noticed my energy levels have been much more stable than when consuming carbs I have also felt fatigued. I’m vegetarian & don’t normally eat cheese or many eggs so have done during this time, & I’ve eaten tons of nuts. I don’t think I’ve lost any weight or any body fat I’m not sure if I put any on as the weighing machine at my gym has been broken the last few days. I’ve done a small amount of exercise, but not much, which is currently the norm.
