At the end when we incorporated "normal" food again, we noticed how much more salty and sweet everything tasted than they did before. Our taste buds had been desensitized and now were back to normal. We almost use this exclusively since everything in here is extremely tasty. Our kids even eat it!! Now that's a recommendation.
