Health Thanks Ivan, Everybody one here was so positive, I thought I was the only one feeling miserable. Before the test, I felt good in general but I am gaining weight and really I just knew that in reality I was eating too many refined carbs and wanted to see how my body would handle the test. I feel better today as I am back at work and focused on other things rather than eating/hunger, but I still feel “low energy”. I think over the 3 day weekend I was feeling a bit frustrated, since I am back at work I have alot more going on rather than being at home. The short answer to this question is that it depends. There are a lot of factors that influence weight loss such as how overweight you are, your current diet, changes you make to lose weight, exercise and more. Losing 20 pounds is quick work for some and challenging for others.
