Today is my last day on the two week test and I have done very carefully, I mostly cooked my own food, made sure to drink a lot of water, but since yesterday morning I’m feeling sick in the mornings, I can’t think of cheese and I feel like throwing up. Also, I couldn’t run yesterday because I was very dizzy. I’m not sure if it is lack of sodium. I’ve been putting salt on my food, eating every 3 hours making sure to be full, although I kinda lost appetite and sometimes I have to force myself to eat. Anyone else had that? I had the normal – I believe – dizziness first two days, but after 13 days I wouldn’t expect that.

I’m on day 13 of this and I’d say I’ve been very close to 100% compliant. I feel better over all, however, I haven’t lost any weight and have actually gained. I’ve been keeping track of my calories, and they are consistently between 1500-1600, which should lead to weight loss as that is 600-700 calories below what my body needs.
Nutrient-dense, low calorie foods are the secret to losing weight and keeping it off. Your goal for the next 2 weeks is to choose foods that have the highest nutritional value. This means choosing foods that are rich in nutrients and low in calories. Try to aim for a balanced diet that includes whole grains, healthy fats and lean proteins at every meal.
