And since most people are not good at fat-burning, you’ll find that you are a lot slower and less powerful than you’re used to.
Snacking is allowed during the 2-week bootcamp. Eating a small snack in between lunch and dinner can help to maintain balanced blood sugar levels and to restrict overeating.
It’s probably going to take you a little longer to become fat adapted than most people.
