Yesterday after getting home via 20-mile bike commute, then eating dinner, I felt like throwing up and had to lay down until it mostly went away. Biked in to work this morning, really sluggish, and the same thing, had to lay down for an hour. I also noticed that my resting heart rate is 60-65 which is at about 15 more than usual. I’ve also already lost a few pounds. I’m guessing this is just my body reacting to switching its main fuel source?
